About Arki
Arki is a fintech company on a mission to empower people to take control of their financial futures — with the clarity, confidence, and tools they truly deserve. We move fast, think bold, and build things that matter. If you're a driven graduate who wants to learn by doing and grow alongside a team that takes client relationships seriously, we'd love to meet you.
The role
This is a full-time internship (6–12 months) open to final-year students and recent graduates. You'll work directly alongside our licensed Client Advisors — supporting client relationships, learning the advisory process end-to-end, and gaining real exposure to how a fintech serves everyday clients.
Strong performers will be considered for conversion to a full-time permanent Client Associate role at the end of the internship. This isn't a maybe — it's a genuine pipeline we're building.
What you'll do
- Support Client Advisors in managing day-to-day retail wealth client relationships and service needs
- Respond to client inquiries and service requests promptly and professionally
- Support new client onboarding and ensure a smooth, welcoming setup experience
- Assist in preparing client materials, reports, and documentation in support of the advisory process
- Maintain accurate client records across CRM systems and internal platforms
- Gain exposure to business development — learn how client leads are identified, qualified, and nurtured
- Identify opportunities to improve client experience and internal workflows, including through the use of AI tools
What we're looking for
- Final-year student or recent university or polytechnic graduates, preferably in business, finance, economics, or a related field — though we care more about mindset than major
- Genuine interest in financial services and retail wealth — you want to understand the space, not just tick a box on your CV
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to engage clients with clarity and confidence
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball
- Comfortable with digital tools and platforms; curious about AI and how it can improve the way we work
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence — people trust you, and you take that seriously
- Proactive and resourceful — you don't wait to be told; you look for ways to add value and solve problems
What you'll gain
- Strong performers are considered for conversion to a full-time Client Associate role
- You'll work on live client relationships — not internal projects or slide decks no one reads
- See how a fast-moving fintech operates — from client experience to product thinking
- Work closely with experienced advisors who will actively mentor and develop you
