We are seeking a dedicated and professional individual to join our team in a dynamic restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing exceptional service and enhancing our guests' dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently set tables, replenish condiments, order taking and perform various routine tasks to support restaurant operations.

• Deliver high-quality service that consistently exceeds guest expectations.

• Uphold cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.

• Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints via phone or email with professionalism and positive manner.

• Collaborate with guests to accommodate requests for special occasions, dietary restrictions, birthdays and other events.

• Actively engage in upselling and making recommendations to enhance the guest experience during booking and arrival.

• Execute other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor / manager.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Cantonese & English, Mandarin will be an absolute advantage.

• Demonstrated willingness to develop skills and knowledge.

• Responsible and supportive collaborator within a team environment.

• Valid work visa and eligible to work in Hong Kong

• Work Location: Hong Kong Island
