Position: Resident Technical Officer (RTO) – Civil
Location: Singapore
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and inspect civil and structural works on-site.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor contractors' work quality, workmanship, and site safety practices.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain proper records of construction progress.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to resolve site issues.
• Verify materials, testing reports, and completed works before approval.
• Ensure compliance with BCA requirements and project specifications.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Registered Resident Technical Officer (RTO) with IES/ACES Singapore.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant civil construction supervision experience.
• Good knowledge of Singapore construction standards and regulations.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in infrastructure, building, or civil engineering projects in Singapore is preferred.

Pay: $4,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month
