Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably with main contractors or builders.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and contract administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer skills.
- Able to speak Mandarin.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibities:-
- Manage all aspects of cost and contract management for construction projects.
- - Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- -Handle procurement: source materials, negotiate with suppliers, and manage subcontractor engagements.
- Prepare and manage progress claims, variation orders (VO), final accounts, and project cost monitoring.
- Participate in pre-tender activities including quantity take-offs, cost estimation, price comparison, and tender submissions.
- Assist in tender interviews and negotiations when required.
- Work closely with project and site teams to ensure financial control and timely project completion.
- Prepare cost proposals, quotations, and tender documents for new projects.
- Handle project documentation including PQP, safety-related paperwork, and other site administrative matters.
- (Advantage) Knowledge in landscape works or interior projects is a plus.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
