We are looking for a competent receptionist who will make the dentist’s office more efficient and pleasant for patients. You should be able to follow instructions and respect dental office regulations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in the dental clinic
• Prepare customers for treatments or checkups ensuring their comfort
• Patient registration
• Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
• Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked
• Schedule appointments
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures

Skills

• Good computer skills
• Excellent communication /marketing skills
• Attention to detail
• Able to speak BM/ English fluently, will be a plus point if can speak mandarin.
• Able to commit fully
• Punctual and willing to learn
