Responsibilities

• To manage and maintain company real estate properties and assets, ensuring smooth operations, tenant relations and contractors routine.
• Handle various aspects like cleanliness of surrounding properties, tenants’ complaint and request, maintenance issues and vendor coordination.
• Overseeing and handle maintenance and repairs, coordinating with contractor and tenants at the same time.
• Do routine checking to monitor and maintain by daily/weekly and monthly. Preparing and maintaining properties and assets – related documentation including report with current photos on site.
• Providing operational leadership and support for a team of maintenance and contractor perspective.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with contractor, tenants and owners.
• Fast response during to any complaints from tenants or owners and solve any issues with management approval.
• Other duties and assignments are to be assigned by the Management as and when necessary.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Advertising/Media, Marketing/Business, Mass Communication or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience of relevant working experience in asset management maintenance.
• Candidates with experience in Building and Property Management, Marketing experience in Branding & Marketing Agency, Media, Advertising, Business Services, Event, PR, Retail, or E-commerce Industry are strongly ENCOURAGED to apply.
• Candidates should have skills and basic to make a report in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Having skills in Illustrator (AI) / Photoshop (PS) / Premiere Pro (PR) / Short Video Editing is an added advantage.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin to dealt with tenants, owners and contractors.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
