Brief Summary:

Join a dynamic team as an IT Support Specialist, responsible for diagnosing and resolving a variety of technical issues while providing exceptional user assistance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to enhance your skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnosing and resolving software, hardware, or network issues.
• Supporting video conferencing, remote work tools, and communication platforms.
• Managing device setup, imaging, and user access.
• Assisting with on-site or remote technical support requests.
• Maintaining asset logs and IT documentation.
• Performing system updates and configuration changes.
• Liaising with third-party providers or vendors on repairs or replacements.
• Supporting installations of new software and systems.
• Ensuring data backups and recovery tools are operational.
• Assisting with security compliance, antivirus, and patch management.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or degree in IT or a related field.
• 2-4 years of IT support experience.
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills, including remote support.
• Experience with Windows, macOS, and M365.
• Familiarity with networking, VPNs, and Active Directory.
• A team player with a passion for helping others.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to clear documentation.
