1.Experience & Background: Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced F&B or restaurant environment, with a proven track record in leading service teams and handling daily outlet operations.

2.Leadership & People Management: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and coach a team of service staff and kitchen assistants, including conducting shift briefings, delegating tasks, and managing staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours.

3.Customer Service Excellence: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset; capable of professionally resolving guest complaints and ensuring a consistently high level of dining satisfaction.

4.Operational & Financial Acumen: Solid knowledge of restaurant operations, including cashiering procedures, daily sales reconciliation, inventory management, and cost control. Familiarity with POS systems is a must.

5.Must be well-versed in Singapore SFA regulations, hygiene standards, and workplace safety practices, with the ability to enforce these standards across the team.
