Responsibilities
Job Description:
Ensure project objectives are met within scope, time, cost, and quality constraints
Interpret technical designs and drawings for on-site construction
Ensure project compliance with regulations and client specifications
Coordinate M&E services and prepare CSD/SEM drawings for submission
Coordinate the integration of Civil, Architectural, and M&E works on site with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
Plan, develop, and monitor work schedules to ensure timely completion of allocated tasks
Prepare progress reports to clients and the project manager, covering delays, defects, and rectification measures for M&E works
Provide technical advice and resolve M&E technical issues
Report on M&E works progress and arrange site inspections with system-wide contractors, subcontractors, and clerks-of-works
Requirements:
Degree in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Location is at Clementi area
