Job Objective:

To conceptualize, create, and publish engaging content across multiple digital platforms to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and support marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation

• Develop creative content (videos, photos, graphics, copywriting) for social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Plan and produce content tailored to each platform’s audience and format.

Social Media Management

• Assist in planning and executing the social media content calendar.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align content with campaign goals, brand voice and brand guidelines

Photo and Short-Form Video Production

• Ideate and produce product photos that meet the standard of commerce photography.
• Ideate and produce short-form video content (e.g., TikTok videos, Instagram Reels) that is trendy, engaging, and shareable.
• Stay updated on platform trends, challenges, and viral formats.

Copywriting & Captioning

• Write compelling captions, post descriptions, and scripts that resonate with the target audience.
• Ensure all content reflects the brand tone and key messaging.

Collaboration & Storyboarding

• Work with designers, photographers, and marketers to brainstorm content ideas.
• Develop storyboards and content concepts for campaigns.

Performance Tracking

• Monitor content performance metrics such as views, engagement rates, and conversions.
• Provide insights and recommendations for content optimization.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related fields.
• 1-3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
• Strong skills in video editing, photography, graphic design tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects) and camera technicals (camera shots, lighting, audio).
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling ability.
• Creative, trend-sensitive, and familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube algorithms.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• On-camera presence for brand content is a plus.
• Experience in livestreaming or working with influencers.
• Basic knowledge of SEO for content optimization.
• Time management (40% photography, 30% videography, 30% editing)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
