Delta Force Security Services & Consultancy Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a responsible and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee security operations at our client site KL / Ampang.

Job Details

• Position: Security Supervisor
• Location: KL / Ampang
• Salary: RM3,500 per month
• Working Days: 5 days per week
• Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise security officers and ensure smooth daily site operations.
• Monitor officers’ attendance, discipline, grooming and work performance.
• Prepare and maintain monthly timesheets for security officers.
• Conduct daily security briefings, patrols and site inspections.
• Monitor and manage security incidents at the site.
• Prepare incident and security reports when required.
• Coordinate with the client regarding daily security matters.
• Liaise with the Operations Management team on site operations and security requirements.
• Ensure all security procedures and client requirements are properly followed.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Security Supervisor or in a similar security position.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Able to supervise and manage a team of security officers.
• Responsible, disciplined and professional.
• Good report-writing and administrative skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with clients and management.
• Willing to work according to the assigned site schedule.

Pay: RM3,500.00 per month
