Technical Programme Manager – Data Centre Engineering

Singapore | Permanent | Fully on-site

Own programme coordination and controls across a major data-centre engineering product-development programme.

You'll connect engineering teams, vendors, contracts, risks and delivery milestones, keeping technical workstreams moving and senior stakeholders properly informed.

This is a technical programme-management role, not a hands-on design-engineering position.

The role

You'll support TLA product development across:

• Programme governance, milestones, risks and actions
• Engineering and vendor coordination
• Change control and technical issue tracking
• Contract, PO and invoice tracking
• Product documentation and reporting
• Senior stakeholder updates and programme reporting
• Resource mobilisation and vendor onboarding
• Delivery meetings and action close-out

What we're looking for

Strong programme or project-management experience within an engineering, infrastructure or technical environment.

You'll need to be confident managing multiple workstreams, vendors, contracts, risks and senior-level reporting.

Experience in data centres, mission-critical infrastructure, product development, engineering PMO or complex capital projects would be highly relevant.

Exposure to TLA, product integration, Buganizer, AODocs or eBuilder is useful but not essential.

Existing right to work in Singapore without employer sponsorship required.
