Our Manufacturing associate is looking for support team to meet their manpower expansion plans for its production plant located at Semenyih/Beranang . Our Company is looking for young talents to join the ' HR Team " and be part of the success and reputable manufacturing facilities for resin & other chemicals production. Interested candidate are to summit their resume for immediate interview arrangement.

Job Summary

• Handle personnel administration and payroll processing.
• Handle recruitment and manpower requsition.
• Handle training arrangement with & training providers.
• Handle ISO audit & meetings.
• Handle & organise staff events and annual dinner.
• Organise briefing & orientations for new staff.
• Maintain disciplinary affairs and monitor follow up action.
• Prepare & compile staff appraisal & bonus computation.

Requirements

• SPM/Cert/Diploma in Human Resource.
• 2-3 years experience in Manufacturing.
• Good & conversant in English.
• Based at Semenyih/Beranang
• Can start immediately.
• Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
