Responsibilities
Basic information:
Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
Basic up to $2,800 (Depending on experience)
Location: Kaki Bukit

Job Scope:
Coordinate and schedule Engineers for daily service and project assignments.
Manage and monitor intern deployment schedules.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth service operations.
Handle customer calls, service requests and enquiries.
Manage email correspondence and follow-ups.
Maintain inventory, service records and documentation.
Assist with billing, invoicing and administrative matters.
Provide general operational support to the service team.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
