Responsibilities
About the Role
We are seeking a driven Business Analyst to join our IT Services team, playing a key role in bridging business requirements with technical system implementation for our integrated logistics operations. You will work closely with business stakeholders, system architects, and developers to translate operational needs into effective, well-tested systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the tendering process and pre-sales meetings with Business Units
- Engage with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand operational problems and needs
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from customers and internal users
- Facilitate SOP/EDI flow discussions with business stakeholders
- Define and manage project plans for system implementation
- Analyze and design technical systems and business models for Integrated Logistics operations
- Prepare detailed requirement specifications; liaise with system architects and developers to ensure accurate implementation
- Conduct system integration testing alongside development teams
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with operations teams and customers
- Provide end-user training as needed
- Deliver ongoing system support to end users
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business application development, technical analysis, and business analysis (candidates with less experience will be considered for a Junior Business Analyst role)
- Working knowledge of SQL Script, .NET, or C#
- Mandarin language proficiency (mandatory), plus strong English communication skills
