Job Description

The Finance Executive will be responsible for supporting the company’s daily finance and accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, timely reporting, and compliance with internal policies and accounting requirements. The role involves managing accounting transactions, reconciliations, reporting, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage day-to-day finance and accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger transactions.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and accounting documentation.
• Perform bank, account, and balance-sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist with monthly and year-end closing activities and financial reporting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow monitoring, and other financial analysis activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments, auditors, and external parties on finance-related matters.
• Ensure finance processes comply with company policies, accounting standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Preferred skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in finance, accounting, or financial reporting is advantageous.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting or ERP systems.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively with different teams.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
