Job Description
Handles customer service calls with regard to voice/data inquiries & complaints to ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) is met;
Conduct first level technical, corrective & preventive maintenance;
Consolidate and maintain patching lists, rack layout, floor plans, test results etc;
Prepare, compile and maintain proper documentation for projects;
Generate and prepare schematic/floor plan/rack layout/trunking layout plans using computer aided software such as PowerPoint, Excel etc;
Generate patching list and check on accuracy;
Prepare labels for panels, outlets, patch cables etc.
Requirements
Min GCE “O” level equivalent, ITE or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical or related fields
Good computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office
Ability to multi-task
A team-player with positive mind-set
