• Direct project financial planning, capital forecasting, and commercial reporting across multi-phase asset portfolios.

• Establish strategic cost management controls, value engineering initiatives, and lifecycle optimization frameworks.

• Oversee program change governance, evaluating contractual variations, payment certifications, and commercial exposures.

• Direct risk mitigation strategies to evaluate commercial liabilities, manage escalations, and support contract negotiations.

• Guide multidisciplinary cost management teams to maintain reporting consistency and deliver quality assurance across active projects.

skills and experience required.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in cost planning, financial forecasting, and commercial governance within the property or infrastructure sector.

• Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related commercial discipline.

• Proven track record leading cost management delivery, change control mechanisms, and commercial negotiations for major capital programs.

• Demonstrated capability to advise senior stakeholders on procurement approaches, commercial risks, and contractual frameworks.

• Strong leadership abilities to direct multidisciplinary project teams and oversee commercial operations.
