Job Description

Responsibilities

1. To perform production planning according to sales order received & create job order.

2. To monitor & ensure daily production schedule & target are met.  

3. To liaise & communicate with China team on daily production issue & keep daily operation smooth.

4. To prepare/update SOP & Working Instruction for all the processes.  

5. To train & supervise factory workers at all the processes.  

6. To analyze production report & achieve higher efficiency through continuos improvement plan.

7. Able to lead & overcome all kinds of production issue including machine breakdown, material shortage, workers shortage & other unforeseen issues.
