About the role

Responsible for overall on-site execution and management of electronics factory cleanroom and M&E installation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Review technical drawings, monitor construction quality, safety and project progress

• Prepare project reports, technical documents, material planning and site meeting minutes

• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers as well as China-based stakeholders to ensure on-time project delivery

• Resolve technical and site issues, follow up on variation orders and project claim matters

• Conduct regular site inspection and ensure compliance with site safety regulations

About you

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or related engineering discipline

• Minimum 1-3 years relevant working experience in construction industry

• Hands-on project experience in electronics factory cleanroom construction and M&E installation is a strong advantage

• Proven experience handling full-cycle project execution from construction to handover

• Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin; good working English proficiency for daily work communication

• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills, willing to travel and work on-site as required

• Familiar with project documentation, progress tracking and cost control
