What You’ll Do:

• Handle recruitment & onboarding
• Manage attendance, leave & employee records
• Support payroll and statutory matters
• Prepare HR letters, documentation & reports
• Handle employee relations and daily HR operations
• Support HR policies, performance management & staff engagement

What We’re Looking For:

• MANDARIN is an advantage
• Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
• HR working experience is preferred
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Organised, responsible and able to handle confidential information
• Familiar with Malaysian HR practices will be an advantage

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
