Role Overview

The Education Executive supports the development and delivery of educational and support resources that help users effectively understand and use the company’s software products. This role is responsible for creating and maintaining learning materials and knowledge content, as well as delivering webinars and training sessions. The position works closely with internal teams to ensure educational content remains accurate, relevant, and aligned with product updates and user needs.

Responsibilities:-

• Develop, maintain, and update educational and support resources, including but not limited to knowledge base articles, help files, FAQs, user guides, coursebooks, assessments, and instructional videos.

• Ensure all educational content is clear, accurate, well-structured, and aligned with product updates.

• Deliver webinars, product training sessions, and learning workshops for users, partners, or internal teams.

• Support the development of course materials and certification-related content.

• Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and ensure content accuracy.

• Assist in other education-related initiatives, events, and activities when required.

Requirements:-

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Ability to read and speak Mandarin is an added advantage.

• Strong English proficiency, particularly in written communication.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to organize information effectively.

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently collaboratively in a team environment.
