Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Research Assistant role based in Singapore. The Research Assistant will support research workflows by gathering, reviewing, and organizing academic literature, and by helping to validate and document research processes. Day-to-day tasks include conducting structured literature searches, summarizing key findings, assisting with data collection and basic analysis, and maintaining accurate records of research activities. The role also involves collaborating with researchers and product team members, preparing clear research notes and reports, and contributing feedback to improve Atlas Workspace’s tools and features. The Research Assistant is expected to work closely with the team on-site to ensure timely and reliable research support.
Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking abilities to evaluate research findings and identify patterns.
  • Solid research skills, including experience with literature reviews, academic databases, and information organization.
  • Effective communication skills for preparing clear summaries, reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Competence in data analysis, including basic statistical understanding and use of relevant tools or software.
  • Laboratory skills (if applicable to specific projects), such as experimental support and accurate documentation of procedures.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., Science, Engineering, Social Science, or related disciplines).
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Comfort with digital tools and platforms used for research management and collaboration.
