Job Summary

Assist the kitchen team with food preparation, cleaning, washing, and maintaining a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen to support daily operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Kitchen Helper or in a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with basic food preparation.
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen areas.
• Store food properly and follow FIFO practices.
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
• Support chefs during food preparation and service.
• Follow all food safety and company procedures.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Head Chef or Sous Chef.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
