Sales Executive:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for driving sales within our space and community, ensuring growth and development through strategic planning.

Responsibilities:

• Meet monthly sales performance targets
• Propose strategic decisions to optimize operational and financial performance
• Analyze market competition and develop corresponding strategies
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
• Recommend and implement best practices for customer experience to enhance satisfaction and retention
• Perform additional duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned to support business needs

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of sales experience
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Open to occasional weekend work
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin

Skills:

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of working independently
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Ability to handle pressure and adapt to a dynamic sales environment

License/Certification:

• Class 3 Driving License (Preferred)

Job Type:

Salary Package:

• Basic Salary: SGD3,000 per month
• Eligible for commission, subject to terms and conditions
