• Execute account transactions accurately within the required timeframe.
• Verify bank accounts are properly prepared and configured on the business website.
• Monitor account limits and balances to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with internal departments and third parties to resolve customer-related issues.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow data security and integrity procedures.
• Complete daily reports, checklists and other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
• Ensure all transactions and payment-related activities are handled accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / high school qualification or above.
• Basic English communication skills in speaking, reading and writing.
• Mandarin speaking ability is required.
• Accounting or Finance background is an advantage.
• Payment-related experience is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and comfortable working with numbers.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Typing speed of 35 WPM or above is preferred.
• Must be willing to work night shifts, overtime and rotational shifts.
• Candidates must be willing to work onsite in Kuala Lumpur after probation.
• Own laptop/PC is required during the WFH probation period.
• Open to candidates who can select Morning, Night or Rotational shifts.

Work Arrangement & Hostel

• During probation: Work From Home.
• After probation: Work from the Kuala Lumpur office or company-provided hostel.
• Free hostel accommodation is available near Old Klang Road.
• Hostel living and working areas are separate.
