Looking for a hands-on engineering role but don't have experience yet? This is a great opportunity to learn technical skills, gain manufacturing experience and grow your career!
What You'll Get

3 months training provided
4 days work / 3 days off shift pattern
Learn machinery troubleshooting & production processes

What You'll Do
You'll work closely with engineers, technicians and operators to keep production running smoothly.
Your responsibilities include:
Monitor production and ensure output & quality targets are met
Troubleshoot production and machinery issues
Perform basic maintenance and technical troubleshooting
Check production data, charts and reports
Identify problems and assist with process improvements
Monitor and improve final product test results
Guide operators/technicians when required
Prepare production reports
Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor
Working Hours
Training Period:
3 months | Office Hours
After Training:
️ Day Shift: 8:00AM – 8:15PM
Night Shift: 8:00PM – 8:15AM
1-hour meal break
Shift Pattern:
4 days work → 3 days off → 3 days work → 4 days off
Who We're Looking For
Diploma in Engineering or related field
Fresh graduates are welcome!
No prior experience required
Willing to learn and work in a manufacturing environment
Good teamwork and communication skills
Basic Microsoft Word & Excel knowledge is an advantage
