Job Description
Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the food production department to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Lead production staff in preparing raw materials, operating production processes and meeting daily production targets.
Monitor food preparation, processing and packaging activities to ensure products meet established quality and hygiene standards.
Plan manpower deployment, prepare staff rosters and assign daily duties according to production requirements.
Supervise, train and guide production employees while promoting teamwork, productivity and workplace safety.
Handle production-related issues and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve quality, manpower and operational matters.
Monitor raw material and packaging inventory and coordinate with the procurement team to prevent shortages or production delays.
Assist in controlling production costs, reducing material wastage and improving operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace safety and company operating procedures.
Perform other production-related duties as assigned by management.
