We are looking for a passionate individual to conduct production and technical training for new and existing employees. Fresh graduates who are confident, approachable and interested in training are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct production and technical training for new employees.
• Provide refresher and updated training for existing employees.
• Deliver classroom and hands-on practical training.
• Explain production processes, work instructions, safety, quality, ESD and 5S requirements.
• Assess employees’ understanding and practical competency.
• Prepare and update training materials and records.
• Provide coaching or retraining when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Education, Language, Counselling, Psychology or any related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Passionate about teaching, coaching and communicating with others.
• Willing to work in the production environment.
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, approachable and able to explain technical information clearly.
• Manufacturing or training experience is an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,400.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
