Job Title: Site Safety Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a Site Safety Supervisor to oversee and ensure all safety requirements are fully implemented at site. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with safety rules and procedures.
• Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
• Ensure all workers follow proper PPE requirements at all times.
• Lead toolbox meetings and safety briefings for site personnel.
• Prepare and submit safety reports, incident reports, and risk assessments.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure all permits to work (PTW) are properly implemented and followed.
• Coordinate with site team and management on safety matters.
• Enforce safety policies and stop unsafe work when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with DOSH and project safety requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Certificate in Safety, Health, or related field.
• Must be a registered Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) with DOSH Malaysia.
• Minimum 2–3 years of site safety experience (construction / oil & gas preferred).
• Good knowledge of Malaysian safety regulations and standards.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Able to work independently and handle site pressure.
