Job Description

Responsibilities

An established global technology company is looking for an experienced Strategic Partnerships Manager to manage and grow relationships with gaming developers across Greater China, with some additional support for global partners.

This is a 12-month contract based in Singapore, with potential extension or conversion depending on business needs and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio of approximately 10 to 15 gaming developer partners.
  • Understand each partner’s goals and help them improve user acquisition, retention, monetization and revenue.
  • Advise gaming partners on platform opportunities, advertising solutions and new product features.
  • Drive the adoption and integration of new features across partner games and platforms.
  • Identify and onboard new gaming partners with strong regional growth potential.
  • Build long-term relationships with partner executives and represent the company in external meetings.
  • Track partner revenue, retention, feature adoption and other performance measures.
  • Identify platform or market issues affecting developer performance and coordinate suitable solutions.
  • Lead regional partnership, advertising and monetization programmes.
  • Work closely with product, engineering, design, marketing and finance teams to support partner needs.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships or account management.
  • Direct experience working within the gaming industry is essential.
  • Strong client-facing experience managing gaming developers, publishers or other ecosystem partners.
  • Working proficiency in both English and Mandarin, including speaking and writing with Greater China partners due to the geographical coverage of the role.
  • Good understanding of how games grow their users, engagement and revenue.
  • Experience supporting digital advertising, user-acquisition or monetization initiatives.
  • Proven ability to manage strategic accounts while leading regional projects.
  • Experience working across multiple teams within a large or complex organization.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret commercial and partner-performance data.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A degree in Business, Economics or another quantitative discipline would be preferred, although equivalent experience will be considered.
