About the job
Join a strategic international transformation program and help drive the relocation of a regional data center in Singapore.
You ensure seamless migration delivery, coordinate stakeholders across Europe and Asia, and contribute to business continuity through strong governance and execution.
Main missions
These responsibilities are jointly shared with ASIADC Program Manager
1. Global Program Strategy & Alignment

Execute the overall data center relocation strategy, leveraging proven experience from European DC programs

Define scope, migration approach, and governance aligned with organizational objectives

Develop and maintain an integrated program roadmap, including migration waves, milestones, and dependencies

Ensure alignment of relocation activities with business continuity and operational requirements
2. Data Center Infrastructure Set-Up

Define and manage the infrastructure deployment roadmap in collaboration with Product and engineering teams
-
Structure deployment waves, including detailed runbooks, installation sequencing, and cutover planning
-
Lead the execution of asset deployment, testing, and validation activities, ensuring adherence to schedule and quality standards

Drive and successfully pass stage-gate validations to secure approval for production readiness
3. Migration Planning & Execution

Oversee the inventory, assessment, and dependency mapping of applications, technical services and infrastructure components

Define structured migration waves, including detailed runbooks and cutover strategies

Lead end-to-end migration execution, ensuring compliance with timelines, quality standards, and operational constraints

Establish and validate rollback, fallback, and contingency plans to ensure minimal risk and business disruption
4. Governance & Reporting

Establish global governance with regional execution frameworks

Define KPIs aligned across regions while allowing local adaptation

Deliver executive reporting across different time zones (asynchronous + live sessions)
5. Budget & Resource Management
- Monitor and control program expenditures against the approved budget, providing clear analysis and justification for any variances

Anticipate, plan, and coordinate resource contributions from Product teams and Asian entities, ensuring strong alignment with program priorities and timelines, with particular attention to maintaining an effective balance of contributors across Europe and Asia
Expected skills & experience
We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:
Experience
-
Degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field, with 8–12+ years of program management experience, including international programs.

Proven track record delivering data center relocations or global infrastructure transformation programs, including experience across EMEA and APAC environments.
Technical skills
-
Expertise in IT Infrastructure Transformation.

Strong experience in Global Program Delivery across multi-region and multi-time-zone environments.

Experience defining and managing Migration Roadmaps, Migration Waves, and Governance Frameworks.

Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance, Data Protection Requirements, and business continuity considerations within migration programs.
Soft skills / transversal skills

Strong leadership and virtual team management capabilities.

Excellent remote coordination skills across international stakeholders and time zones.

Ability to manage complex dependencies across distributed systems.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across culturally diverse environments.
