What you’ll be doing

• Answer customer queries via call, chat & email.
• Troubleshoot issues and find quick fixes.
• Log and track complaints till resolution.
• Keep customers updated every step of the way.
• Escalate tricky issues to the right team.
• Gather feedback to help us improve.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions.

What we’re looking for

• Any diploma or degree (Any field) – Certificate is a plus !
• Great listener with clear communication
• Patient, calm under pressure
• Quick thinker, sharp problem-solver
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools a bonus)
• Friendly attitude, team spirit.
• Fresh Graduate, Entry Level, Mid-Career switch? Totally fine !

Pay: $2,600.00 - $4,400.00 per month
