Job Description

We are seeking a Contracts Engineer (Electrical) to support contract administration activities for M&E construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

1) Assist draft and issue contractual letters, notices and correspondence to clients, consultants and subcontractors.

2) Assist in the preparation of Variation Orders (VOs), Extension of Time (EOT) submissions and other contractual documents.

3) Review contract documents, specifications and technical drawings.

4) Coordinate with project teams on contract-related matters and submissions.

5) Maintain proper records of contractual documents and correspondence.

6) Monitor contractual deadlines and follow up on outstanding issues.

7) Travel to project sites when required to support project and contractual matters.

8) Assist contract manager in the contract administration.

Job Requirements

1) Experience in the construction or M&E industry.

2) Prior experience as an Electrical Engineer will be an advantage.

3) Basic knowledge of contract administration, VO and EOT processes.

4) Ability to interpret technical drawings and contract documents.

5) Good written communication and documentation skills.

6) Good Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.
