Position: Fintech Project Coordinator

Working Location: Bras Basah Road
Working Hours:  8am to 5pm/8.30am to 5.30pm/9am to 6pm/930am to 630pm (flexi)
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Salary Range: $3500 - $4000

JOB SUMMARY

The Project Coordinator will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects by aligning activities, resources, documentation, and stakeholders with business objectives. The role will monitor progress, manage issues, provide user support, and maintain clear project records and communications.

KEY ROLE(S), RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information, ensuring all project aspects are aligned with the business goals and objectives.
• Support administrative tasks as needed, such as scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and handling miscellaneous tasks.
• Utilize project management tools to track work hours, plan execution, and monitor expenditures.
• Break tasks into doable actions, set timeframes, and establish a detailed project plan.
• Monitor project progress and manage any potential issues that may arise.
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders and internal teams to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Create comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports, ensuring proper record keeping.
• Provide user support, ensuring all queries and issues are addressed promptly and satisfactorily.
• Execute all necessary legal paperwork, including contracts and terms of agreement.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT or relevant field.
• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Manager, Product Manager, or Product Owner is required. Prior experience in the financial services, FinTech sector, or related fields is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Otherwise training provided
