About the role

In this role, you will support the Operations team in coordinating purchasing activities, sample orders, material supplies while maintaining close communication with main raw material suppliers and transformer manufacturing plants.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on sample orders, from request to delivery.

• Support manufacturing plants with material sourcing and supply-related activities.

• Communicate with key suppliers and negotiate purchasing conditions, prices and delivery terms.

• Monitor supplier performance and ensure that purchasing requirements are properly addressed.

• Collect and consolidate production forecasts and communicate them to manufacturing plants to support production and supply planning.

• Coordinate information between suppliers, factories and the Operations team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

• Assist the Operations team with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks.

• Contribute to improving purchasing and supply processes.

About you

• Previous experience in purchasing, supply chain, operations or a similar position.

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.

• Good negotiation and communication skills.

• A practical and solution-oriented mindset.

• The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with different teams.

• Good command of English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.

• Good command of standard office tools, particularly Excel.

• Willing to travel
