Position: Exercise Physiologist / Physiotherapist

Location: Singapore / Regional (Asia-Pacific)

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Exercise Physiologist to join our multidisciplinary rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate is committed to evidence‑based practice, excels in patient engagement, and thrives in a dynamic clinical environment. This role involves designing personalised exercise programs, supporting chronic disease management, and collaborating closely with physiotherapists and medical professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive functional assessments and exercise testing.
  • Develop personalised exercise prescriptions for rehabilitation, chronic disease management, and performance enhancement.
  • Deliver one‑to‑one and group exercise sessions with strong clinical reasoning.
  • Collaborate with physiotherapists, doctors, and allied health teams to optimise patient outcomes.
  • Monitor patient progress using validated outcome measures and adjust programs accordingly.
  • Educate patients on lifestyle modification, physical activity, and long‑term health strategies.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold professional standards.
  • Participate in workshops, community programs, and clinical education initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology, Exercise Science, Physiotherapy , or equivalent.
  • Experience in clinical exercise prescription, rehabilitation, or chronic disease management.
  • Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and exercise testing protocols.
  • Keen to learn and implement Advance technologies -AI , VR , Force plates etc into practice
  • Keen to teach and train - peers and clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Certification in CPR/First Aid (preferred).
  • Experience with special populations (cardiac, metabolic, geriatric, musculoskeletal) is an advantage.
