Main Tasks

This person will responsible for managing and optimizing the organization's daily cash flow, liquidity, and financial instruments. This role ensures compliance with financial regulations, supports strategic financial planning, and contributes to the overall financial health of the company

• Monitor daily cash positions and forecast cash flow position on monthly basis.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Advise management on the liquidity aspects of its short and long term planning
• Manage corporate finance transactions, such as bank guarantee, banker acceptance, application of new banking facilities and renewal of existing banking facilities
• Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Negotiate credit facilities and manage loan covenants.
• Review and optimize bank fees and associated costs.
• Forex booking and term bill update.
• Lead currency exposure identification activity.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day treasury operations.
• Prepare financial reports and cash flow analyses.
• Support financial planning and budgeting processes.
• GRC reporting
• Treasury SOP preparation and registration in POMs

Specific Note:

This is 6 months contract position to be based Jalan Tandang, Petaling Jaya

Monday to Friday

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
