Role Description The Program Coordinator is a contract role responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of SAIYAN programs and events.

This hybrid role is based in Singapore, with a mix of on-site activities (such as workshops, meetups, and partner engagements) and work-from-home tasks (such as scheduling, coordination, and documentation).

Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating program timelines, managing participant communications, maintaining records, and assisting with logistics for in-person and virtual sessions.

The Program Coordinator will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, track program outcomes, and support continuous improvement of youth-focused AI initiatives.

The role also involves responding to participant inquiries, ensuring a positive experience for all community members, and contributing ideas to enhance program design and delivery.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Program Management and Program Development skills to plan, organize, and improve youth-focused AI initiatives.
• Candidates should possess solid Project Management skills, including task coordination, timeline tracking, and attention to detail.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to engage youth participants, partners, and stakeholders in a clear and respectful manner.
• Candidates should possess organizational and administrative skills, including documentation, data tracking, and proficiency with productivity tools.
• Relevant experience coordinating educational, community, or tech-related programs is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment, adapt to changing priorities, and collaborate with diverse teams is preferred.
• Interest in AI, technology education, or youth development is strongly advantageous.
