Midwich Asia Hiring! Full Time Logistics - Order Processing Specialist in Selangor - Ricebowl

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Order Processing & Logistics Executive to join our growing team in Malaysia. This role is critical in ensuring accurate and timely order fulfilment, seamless coordination with 3PL partners, and full visibility across the supply chain from order entry through to invoicing and delivery.

You will play a key role in managing customer orders, coordinating shipments, supporting import compliance (including SIRIM and Malaysian customs requirements), and ensuring accurate stock and documentation control.

What you’ll do

• Process customer orders and manage full order lifecycle
• Coordinate daily dispatch with 3PL and track deliveries
• Ensure accurate, on-time invoicing and resolve unbilled shipments
• Manage shipping documents (invoices, B/L, DO, COO, etc.)
• Support import shipments and customs clearance in Malaysia
• Handle SIRIM and other import compliance requirements
• Maintain accurate stock records and ERP–3PL reconciliation
• Support stock audits, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy

What we’re looking for

• 2–4 years’ experience in order processing / logistics coordination
• Strong knowledge of Malaysia import processes, customs & HS codes
• Experience with SIRIM / import approvals highly desirable
• ERP experience (NetSuite a plus)
• High attention to detail, organised, and calm under pressure
• Strong communicator and great at juggling multiple priorities
