Moët Hennessy Travel Retail works in close relationship with its Duty-Free customers to deliver unique brand experience in biggest Airports and Downtown stores across the world. In this highly dynamic environment, our team is dedicated to share and promote with passion the excellence of our Wines & Spirits portfolio. This creates exciting opportunities, and we're thrilled to announce the opening for a Business Analysis Intern in our Moët Hennessy Travel Retail Hong Kong office. The ideal candidate will be motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to gain valuable insights into our industry and business operations, applying your academic knowledge and developing new skills. We are looking for a 6-month intern who can commit to a full-time schedule , five days a week, starting October 2026 till March 2027.

Job responsibilities

How you will contribute…

• Budget & Spending Tracker: Help keep our advertising and promotional spending records up to date so we always know where our budget stands.
• Profitability & Pricing Analysis: Assist in updating financial performance data to help the team review how well our products and regions are performing.
• Monthly & Quarterly Reports: Help prepare regular business reports by uploading data into dashboards (like Power BI), managing inventory/buying schedules, and tracking customer nationality trends.
• Sales & Promotion Data: Gather and organize sell-in (what we sell to retailers) and sell-out (what retailers sell to customers) data, along with promotional plans, to help with sales forecasting and retail price monitoring.
• Order & Customer Templates: Keep customer order templates and pricing agreements accurate and up-to-date to make teamwork smooth across different departments.
• New Product Listings: Help prepare business proposals for duty-free airport and airline shops to introduce new products and grow our assortment.
• Go-To-Market (GTM) Support: Help pull together data and insights for our regular commercial strategy meetings.
• Gift-With-Purchase (GWP) & Special Packs: Track promotional gifts and bundled tactical packs to make sure they are produced and shipped on time.
• Vendor & Marketing Invoices: Create purchase orders for suppliers and marketing partners, and handle invoice processing in Concur.
• Financial Documentation: Prepare specific financial and promotional invoices by gathering receipts, documents, and correct accounting codes (WBS) for manager review.
  

What will you learn…

• Financial & Budget Management: Gain hands-on experience tracking marketing budgets, managing purchase orders, processing invoices, and understanding how corporate spending impacts profitability.
• Retail & Commercial Operations: Learn how products move from our warehouse to retail shelves (sell-in vs. sell-out), how duty-free distribution works, and how inventory and promotional packs are managed.
• Data Analysis & Business Reporting: Develop practical skills in pulling, organizing, and uploading data for major business dashboards and reports (such as Power BI and monthly commercial reviews).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Understand how different departments—like finance, marketing, supply chain, and sales—work together to launch new products and execute commercial strategies.
