Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and targeting new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and developing sales strategies to meet revenue goals. Duties include preparing proposals, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent after-sales support. The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales and business development
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Customer relationship management and the ability to maintain long-term partnerships
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a results-oriented mindset
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with the marine, oil & gas, or industrial sectors is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
