Responsibilities
1. Outbound Calling
Calling potential or existing customers from a provided list (cold calling or warm leads).
Promoting Services.
Setting appointments or generating sales leads.
2. Inbound Calling
Handling calls from customers responding to ads, emails, or previous contact.
Providing information and assisting with product/service queries.
3. Sales & Lead Generation
Explaining service features and benefits.
Recording customer details and outcomes of each call in a CRM system.
4. Customer Service
Answering questions, resolving complaints, or forwarding them to the right department.
Following up on previous calls or inquiries.
5. Data Entry & Reporting
Maintaining accurate records of calls, interactions, and outcomes.
Reporting daily/weekly results to supervisors.
Skills Needed
Strong verbal communication
Active listening
Sales or persuasion techniques
Basic computer and typing skills
Full-time or part-time welcome.
