Customer Support Specialist (Customer Facing)

Compensation: $2,700 – $4,000/month (depending on experience) + AWS (13th‑month bonus) + up to 3 months VB

Schedule: 5‑day work week, including 1 weekend (Saturday or Sunday)

What You’ll Own

• Represent BullionStar in Every Interaction – Be the primary contact for customers in person, by email, and phone. Accuracy and product knowledge are essential.

• Handle Volume Without Dropping the Standard – Manage high enquiry volumes with consistency and care.

• Think Beyond the Ticket – Spot recurring issues, recommend improvements, and refine processes.

• Protect Customer Trust – Safeguard sensitive financial data and uphold confidentiality.

• Use AI and Technology to Do Better Work – Apply tools to draft faster responses, analyse trends, and automate tasks.
