Job Description

•  Help managing current and new customer accounts
• Handling inbound and outbound phone calls
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Maintaining relationships with vendors and customers
• Solving customer problems and help resolve issues
• Prepare shipment quotes for customers and set up shipments as required by customers
• Excellent multitasking skills within workspace as well as computer software programs
• Projects a professional representative of our company

Requirement:

- 2 to 3 years in freight & logistics field
- Handling of LC shipment
