Kenanga Network Hiring! Full Time Executive, Engineering (Facilities - Utilities) in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 4,000 - Ricebowl

1. Utilities Management

· Operate and maintain all critical utility systems including:

o HVAC and Cleanroom environments

o Purified Water (PW) generation and distribution system

o Compressed air systems

o Dust Collector System

o Electrical System

o Black Utilities (Chillers, Boilers)

· Monitor utility performance and ensure parameters meet GMP and operational specifications.

· Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans for utility systems.

2. Facilities Management

· Oversee the maintenance and repair of the facility infrastructure (buildings, cleanrooms, lighting, drainage, access systems).

· Manage contractors and vendors for facility-related projects and services.

· Ensure HVAC and environmental systems meet cleanliness classifications and specifications.

· Support layout changes, renovations, and new facility setup.

3. Compliance and Documentation

· Ensure compliance with GMP, GDPMD, GDP and ISO standardand local regulatory standards.

· Prepare and maintain SOPs, maintenance logs, calibration records, and change control documentation.

· Participate in internal and external audits and respond to findings related to facility and utility systems.

· Ensure validation and requalification activities (HVAC, PW, WFI) are performed timely.

4. Project Support

· Participate in project planning, equipment installation, and commissioning of utility systems.

· Liaise with project team, consultants, and contractors for utility-related scope.

· Review and verify technical specifications and design drawings for utilities and facilities.

5. Energy and Cost Optimization

· Monitor energy consumption and propose energy-saving initiatives.

· Optimize system operations for cost efficiency and environmental sustainability.

6. Others

· To undertake any other duties as directed by the Immediate Supervisor and Management as and when required.

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
