AI Full Stack Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with business users to understand business problems and requirements.
• Conduct discovery sessions and independently research business use cases, datasets, interface systems, and existing solutions.
• Design and develop end-to-end AI-powered solutions, from requirements and prototyping through implementation.
• Build and demonstrate solutions using Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies to obtain business stakeholder endorsement.
• Work closely with development teams to productionize and operationalize AI solutions.

Required Key Skills

• At least 8–10 years of software engineering experience is required.
• Strong experience in Full Stack Development with good knowledge of Capital/Financial Markets.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Agentic AI tools such as Dify, Google ADK, LangGraph/LangChain, Claude, or similar frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of Prompt Engineering, Context Engineering, and Skills Engineering.
• Experience in AI solution design, LLM integration, Data Engineering/ETL, and DevOps.
• Ability to understand business problems and develop end-to-end AI solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
• Passionate about emerging AI technologies and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $7,000.00 - $11,000.00 per month
