The Contract Manager will be responsible for managing and growing our business as well as day-to-day running of the contracts.

Be Part of Our Success

As the Contract Manager, the staff will be responsible for the following:

• Oversees the day-to-day operations of Public Security, Safety, and Government contracts, ensuring all activities are carried out in accordance with the Company's Quality Management System (QMS) and established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Works closely with our clients to ensure contracts are executed effectively, efficiently, and profitably while maintaining service quality and compliance requirements.
• Engage account stakeholders, potential customers and industry players to find and secure new businesses.
• Prepare and present contract performance updates, operational reports, and key business metrics at management and client review meetings.
• Develop, review, and present business proposals, tender submissions, and business cases to support business growth and operational objectives.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and career development opportunities to direct reports.
• Undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.

Qualities We Value

• Possession of an Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) or equivalent training qualification is required.
