Responsibilities
Responsibility:
Manage incoming phone calls and general enquiries.
Attend to walk-in patients and enquires
Handle patient registration and coordinate of patient flow
Assist doctors during examinations and minor medical procedures
Dispense medications accurately according to doctors' instructions and clinic protocols.
Maintain proper documentation of patient records in compliance with confidentiality and PDPA requirements
Support general clinic operations and administrative duties as assigned
Working on rotating shifts, including evenings, weekend and public holidays as required
Requirements:
Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced healthcare environment
pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
Computer literate
Willing to learn and take instructions well
No prior experience required as training will be provided
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and relevant experience
Singaporean only
