2 Dots Studio is a fast-growing commercial interior design and build studio, working with expanding brands such as Hock Kee Kopitiam.
As our projects grow across shopping malls and commercial spaces, we are expanding our team to support this momentum.

Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Oversee renovation & fit-out works from planning to handover.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate designers, consultants, subcontractors & suppliers.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Manage site progress, quality, safety, and daily operations.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Review drawings, resolve site issues, and ensure work follows standards.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Handle landlord & authority submissions (M&E, ducting, LPG, sprinkler, etc.).

•⁠ ⁠⁠Monitor project timeline, materials, and basic cost control.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Prepare site reports, documentation, and assist with final handover.

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠2–5 years experience in construction / interior / F&B renovation.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Strong understanding of drawings, M&E basics, and site coordination.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Good communication & problem-solving skills.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Able to work independently under tight timelines.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Possess own transport & willing to travel to site.

Advantage: experience with mall projects and authority submissions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
